MESULID 100MG TAB (Nimesulide) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 but it appears but it appears to exert its therapeutic effects through variety of other mechanisms as well like inhibition of platelet activating factor ( PAF ), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha ), protease & histamine etc.
