It is a clear gel mixed with some green green scrub beads which is nice. The smell is nice and may linger on for sometime post wash. When used on the face you can feel the scrub beads and post face wash you get a squeaky clean feeling. However those with dry skin should stay away from this one because it is not a moisturizing face wash.
